Yeah moon…watch your a** tomorrow…i will grab it as hard as i can…hehe…btw sorry for the delay update, i felt asleep while practicing yesterday…

Back to my topic…day before yesterday a friend came by to my working place and look for me…well he was telling me his band’s situation and asking me for some advice…i can’t say i gave him advice cause i don’t think i’m qualify to…so i just tell him my experience…

What i experience playing in a band are…it almost like relationship…we all need communications, commitment, same direction…

Communication is important to keep the band going cause between band mates, if there are no communication they will not understand each other, they will not know each other’s needs in the band or even leads to misunderstanding and end up losing a band mate…other then band mates we are all friends…

If only 1 member is committing to the band and the others are just “whatever-ing” around, definately that is wrong, everyone needs to commit together if not, there’s no meaning and there’s no point to have that band…

Make sure everyone are in the same direction, when everyone are in the same direction, of course things will go smooth and steady…if everyone have their own direction then it will lead to disband…

So to all the newbies out there remember to communicate within members, be open minded, take criticism, dare to express ur band’s identity, be proud of it be comfortable with it be confident with it…last but not least… “Practice makes perfect”
